N6 Cluster English Teachers' Sharing

Dear Secondary Three Councilors!
On 4 Nov 2006, please report at 6.45am at the school porch. Dress in full school uniform and tie.

Below is a summary of what you need to do:

PART ONE: usher teachers to the AVT at the start of the day
By 9.00am, there would not be any more teachers coming in. Sec 3 councilors may proceed to various venues (read below) or take a short break at the canteen ONLY

PART TWO: report and standby various venues
There are two councilors stationed in every venue
Councilors please report to the venues by 9.45am and stay there
For venues Library IR (Eve and Mel), Cyber Lab (MC and Marven) and Act Hub (Anuja and Yu Hui), the presenters to these room MIGHT come at a later time. But do stay there and wait first
Your job at the venues is to assist the presenting teachers with simply anything. For example, should there be any technical glitches, you are to inform the TA (find him somehow, they are two of them on duty)

PART THREE: send off the teachers
At around 12.45pm, when they are no longer any more teachers visiting your venue(s), please proceed to the porch area
Before going off, please offer to help the teachers to keep the equipments or help pack up

There will be an email sent to you containing the entire handout. This mail will reach you latest by tmr afternoon! please check your email!
